More than 60,000 migrants could get the green light to rush the border this week if the Supreme Court declines to preserve Trump's Remain in Mexico policy.

President Trump is not taking any chances. He is mobilizing even more Army units to help Border Patrol push back against this pending invasion.

This is the perfect opportunity to pass the Secure and Protect Act. As you know, this would close the asylum loopholes, crack down on asylum fraud, and hire enough immigration judges to clear the backlog of immigration cases.

But instead of passing this common sense bill, many of your colleagues are using this crisis to push their amnesty "compromise" plan. President Trump rejected this plan when Lindsey Graham offered it this past week, but the Establishment is still moving forward with it anyway.

Instead of securing the border and closing the amnesty loopholes that got us into this mess, Graham's "compromise" would call for the legalization of millions of illegal aliens. But it would go even further than that. The "compromise" is that in addition to amnesty, it would also offer them a pathway to citizenship too... even if they have criminal convictions.

The debate between the GOP and Democrats right now is over just how many crimes illegal aliens should be allowed to commit and still qualify for amnesty.

The answer should be ZERO!

This is not a "compromise," it is a betrayal!
