Ventura County, CA ordered all gun stores to close down. In California, residents have to wait 10 days before they are allowed to take newly-purchased guns home with them. So, when the closure orders came down, that meant that everyone who purchased a gun in the previous ten days were blocked from picking them up. California is now talking about keeping their lockdown in place potentially until June.

Obviously, gun buyers were furious. One gun purchaser blocked from picking up his gun decided to sue the county in Federal Court. The case ended up being assigned to a Jimmy Carter-appointee named Consuelo B. Marshall and this 83-year-old judge just issued the most radical, anti-gun ruling we have ever seen.

Judge Marshall upheld the county's closure order, explaining that it "does not place a substantial burden on" the 2nd Amendment because it "does not specifically target handgun ownership, does not prohibit the ownership of a handgun outright, and is temporary."

She then concludes: "While the public interest is served by protecting Second Amendment rights, the public interest is also served by protecting the public health by limiting the spread of a virulent disease. Under these facts, Plaintiff has not demonstrated that the balance of the equities and public interest favors the injunction."

What this Judge just concluded is that Americans' gun rights can be suspended for months at a time whenever "public health" demands it... This is insane.

You have the power to remove Consuelo B. Marshall and that is precisely what you must do. You must remove this radical judge from the bench.

Then, you need to exercise your power under the 14th Amendment to stop cities, counties, and states from violating their residents' 2nd Amendment rights. You have a duty to protect Americans' liberty when the Judiciary refuses to.
