What your Democrat colleagues did is shameful and disgusting. They blocked a bill to add an extra $250 billion to the Paycheck Protection Program, all so they could use American businesses and workers as leverage to push their own agenda items.

At the top of the Left's list of demands is a bill to extend stimulus funding to illegal aliens. They want the next stimulus bill to include the No Taxpayer Left Behind Act. This would allow illegal aliens who pay taxes using an ITIN to receive stimulus checks.

Just so we're clear, by the Left's own admission, the average illegal alien pays just $1,000 in state and federal taxes every year. The Left's plan would send them all $1,200 stimulus checks. It makes no sense.

But Democrats also have a Plan B that Nancy Pelosi is now pushing. They want any small business loan funding to be coupled with $250 billion in unrestricted funding for cities and states.

That is what they are demanding. A dollar-for-dollar trade. Except, unlike the Paycheck Protection Program, their state and local bailout would have no-strings-attached. States and localities would be able to use the federal funds for whatever they want.

We already know that Democrat cities have begun expanding their aid programs to include illegal aliens. Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York have all announced that will be treating illegal aliens the same as citizens when it comes to government assistance. In Washington DC, the city's tourism arm decided to use their 15 million budget to help "undocumented" workers instead. California is now stepping in to make sure that illegals living in major cities like Sacramento, Riverside, San Jose, San Francisco, and San Diego are covered as well.

These nine cities alone account for around than a third of the country's illegal aliens. If you vote to give cities and states unrestricted federal aid, you will be propping up these illegal alien bailout programs.

It is unconscionable that your colleagues have opted to use American businesses and workers as leverage to secure a bailout for illegal aliens. I promise you that there will be a reckoning for the Congressmen and Senators who advanced these plans.

But I also need you to understand that voting for any package that includes an illegal alien bailout will make you complicit in this treachery and I will have no choice but to remove you from office.

Enough is enough. You were elected to represent the American people. Any Congressman or Senator who supports the Far Left's plan to bailout illegal aliens will be in violation of their oath.

All oathbreakers will be removed from office.
