President Trump just closed our borders to ALL immigrants. With very few exceptions, no one will be allowed into the United States.

The President is doing this to protect the American people. Not only is this necessary to prevent more coronavirus cases from entering the US, but it protects the 22+ million Americans out of work from having to compete with lower-wage foreign workers once the economy re-opens. It is common sense.

Democrats, of course, are furious and moving forward with their plan to reverse all of Trump's travel bans.

Their bill -- the No Ban Act -- has already passed through three committees. Nancy Pelosi can bring it to the floor with nothing but a moment's notice.

That is why it is so important to fight back right now!

Yesterday, President Trump used his power under the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952 to suspend all immigration into the United States.

This law stipulates that the President of the United States can block the "entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States" whenever he determines it "would be detrimental to the interests of the United States."

This is common sense. Suspending immigration will prevent asymptomatic foreigners from coming into the US and creating new outbreak hotspots. But also, with 22+ million Americans out of work, Trump's order will ensure that when the economy does re-open, Americans will not have to compete against lower-wage foreign workers for jobs.

This is what putting America first looks like.

Amazingly, a number of your colleagues want to reverse Trump's latest order. Rep. Ilhan Omar just is calling Trump's order "blatantly xenophobic" and calling on Nancy Pelosi to finally bring the No Ban Act to the floor for a vote.

The No Ban Act would amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to remove the President's power to suspend immigration. Instead, it would give that power to DHS and the State Department, but only in consultation with Congress. And, of course, the No Ban Act would reverse all of Trump's travel ban orders to-date.

This is madness. These people are so consumed by Trump hate and a commitment to open borders that they are actually talking about re-opening our borders during a pandemic. They actually want to bring more foreign workers into the United States to take jobs away from Americans.

The Far Left has spent the past year working on this legislation. It has already been discharged from the Committees on Intelligence, Foreign Relations, and Homeland Security. That means Nancy Pelosi can bring it to the floor without even a moment's notice. And that is precisely what the Far Left is now calling on her to do...

I do not care what it takes. You cannot -- under any circumstances -- allow the No Ban Act to pass. You must kill the standalone bill and block your colleagues from attaching it to the next stimulus bill as an amendment.

You need to put politics aside and do what is in the best interest of the American people. If you can't bring yourself to do that, if you cannot or will not honor your oath, then you will be removed from office.

That is not a threat, it is a promise!
