For decades, Leftist-run cities and states have taxed and spent themselves to the brink of bankruptcy. And the more they raised taxes to fund their radical agenda items, the more they drove hardworking taxpayers out of state.

When President Trump indicated he wanted to play a role in deciding when cities and states re-open, they accused the President of violating the 10th Amendment. Leftist mayors and governors declared that they get to decide when businesses are allowed to re-open again.

But now that they are starting to recognize the economic consequences of their actions, they want to have their cake and eat it too. They want the Federal government to pay for the economic disaster THEY have caused.

Nancy Pelosi is now pushing a bill to provide more than $500 billion in unrestricted funding for cities and states. What that means is that there would be no strings attached. Instead of stipulating what the funding can and cannot be used for, Democrats want to give localities a blank check.

We have already seen cities in California roll out their own stimulus programs for illegal aliens. New York has set aside millions to fight lawsuits challenging Gov. Cuomo's order to close gun stores.

Even with everything going on, these Leftists are still prioritizing these out-of-control agenda items.

You cannot participate in this. If you give unrestricted funding to cities and states, it will be used to fund ridiculous programs like these. Giving states like New York and California a blank check is a recipe for disaster.
