Leftist Mayors And Governors Refusing To Relax Coronavirus Gun Bans...

The country is starting to re-open. Starting this week and next, American workers will be "allowed" to go back to work. Even liberal states like New York and California are starting to admit they can't survive much longer with a closed economy.

But these Leftist cities and states are refusing to budge on their gun control orders. Gun stores in states like New York, California, and Massachusetts will stay closed. California politicians even want to close gun stores indefinitely. In Pennsylvania, residents will continue to be barred from openly carrying firearms and in cities like Denver, if you open carry a gun to one of the protests, you will now be arrested on the spot.

And perhaps the worst of all, in Virginia, the governor there used the coronavirus lockdown as an excuse to not only close gun stores, but also to sign radical new gun control laws.

Luckily, our predecessors knew a day like this would come and they gave us the means to fight back against this tyranny.

But it is up to you, right now, to rise up and DEMAND that your rights be protected!

Antibody testing now shows that the Chinese Coronavirus could be far less lethal than previously thought. Based on the number of people testing positive for the antibodies in New York and California, the virus now appears to have a 99+ percent survival rate. As a result, cities and states are beginning to open up their economies again and get their residents back to work. However, Liberal mayors and governors are refusing to relax the anti-gun orders they claimed were necessary to get us through the crisis.

For well over a month, gun stores in New York and parts of California have been forced to remain closed. We have also seen gun store closures in states like Massachusetts, New Jersey, Michigan, Washington, and New Mexico.

In Pennsylvania, that state's governor issued a state of emergency and, as a result, outlawed open carry inside of the state's borders. A protester in Denver was also recently arrested for peacefully open carrying a handgun, a practice that is supposed to be protected by the Colorado State Constitution...

Virginia's governor put all the other cities and states to shame by using the lockdown as political cover to sign radical gun control bills into law, restricting how many firearms residents are allowed to buy, forcing gun owners to notify the government when they acquire a new gun, and giving the government the power to confiscate guns from innocent Virginians.

And while other parts of the lockdowns are starting to get lifted, these radicals are refusing to budge on their anti-gun directives. One California Assemblyman recently proposed keeping gun stores shuttered indefinitely...

All of this over a virus that, according to the most recent research, kills less than one percent of everyone who contracts it...

The Courts are refusing to intervene. A Carter-appointee in the 9th Circuit actually ruled that California has the right to close gun stores indefinitely in the name of public health. Attorney General Bill Barr has given US Attorneys the power to investigate cities and states that violate their residents' rights, but even if there is legal action, it will be weeks or months away.

Only YOU have the power to intervene. The 14th Amendment was written for this very purpose. It dictates that "Congress shall have the power" to ensure that "no State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens... or deprive any person of life, liberty, or property."

When cities and states violate people's rights like this, the Constitution says that you have an obligation to intervene and stop it! That is precisely what you must do and we cannot afford to wait any longer.

New York residents have been barred from purchasing firearms for over a month. In that time, the murder rate jumped up 55% and the burglary rate has increased by 25%. That is because the same politicians blocking people from exercising their right to keep and bear arms for self defense are the ones releasing convicted criminals from prison to protect them from contracting the virus...

Enough is enough. You have the power to intervene and stop states and localities from violating the 2nd Amendment like this. I will also remind you that you swore an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution from all enemies, foreign and domestic.

Now is the time to honor that oath. Now is the time to put an end to these radical gun control orders.

If you refuse... if you violate that oath and instead endorse these unconstitutional gun control orders... you will be removed from office. That I can promise you...
