Last week, the Supreme Court issued a stunning ruling proclaiming that Donald Trump did not provide a good enough reason to disband Barack Obama's amnesty program. The opinion, authored by John Roberts, said the President needs to come up with a better legal reasoning and also take the "hardship" that will be placed on illegal aliens into account.

As ridiculous as this ruling was -- Obama's order was illegal and unconstitutional to begin with -- it was not a complete loss for the President. The opinion presented a road map for how the President can end the amnesty program in a way that will survive Judicial Review.

Many of your colleagues were hopeful that Trump would accept defeat. They were hopeful they could avoid an immigration fight during an election year.

But over the weekend, the President announced that DHS is already revising their previous order to comply with the Supreme Court's requirements and the ending of Obama's amnesty program will be re-announced this week.

This has caused many of your spineless colleagues scrambling to find a way to make Obama's amnesty executive order permanent before Trump can undo it again.

Nancy Pelosi is now promising to force through her amnesty package. Not only does her plan (H.R.6) increase the number of eligible illegal aliens from 700,000 to 2.1 million, but it would also make some convicted criminals eligible as well (as long as they haven't gone to prison more than four times). And instead of simply providing amnesty, Pelosi's plan would extend a pathway to citizenship to illegal aliens as well.

But in addition to the main bill, the package also includes other nightmare proposals like H.R.5038. This bill would grant amnesty and a pathway to citizenship to any illegal alien that claims to have ever worked on a farm, as well as all of their family members. The requirements are designed to be unenforceable so that millions more illegal aliens could qualify for amnesty and citizenship.

This is insane. At a time when more than 45 million Americans are out of work, it is insane and unconscionable that your colleagues would prioritize adding millions of illegal aliens to the legal workforce like this.

There is no way to argue that this is in the American people's best interest.

You need to kill this package. Whatever the final bill looks like, your colleagues are vowing to ram it through before Trump gets a chance to sign his new executive order.

I am demanding that you stop them, by any means necessary.

Remember that you swore an oath. If you are unable or unwilling to honor that oath, then you must be replaced...
