First Mueller Official Caught! Pleading Guilty to Felony!

It is now a proven fact. Obama administration officials spied on Donald Trump's campaign and his advisors. FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith is pleading guilty to falsifying evidence sent to the FISA Court to renew the surveillance warrant against Carter Page.

The government had no legal right to be surveilling Trump's aides, but this one Mueller official fabricated documents to allow the surveillance to continue.

Here is the good news. All of the other FBI and Mueller officials involved with this crime have all testified that no laws were broken. They have testified under oath that the surveillance was legal and by-the-book. But Clinesmith has told the FBI that he sent the unaltered emails around to everyone else involved. They all knew the Fisa application was fraudulent, but they signed off on it anyway.

Because they all lied under oath, Congress has the power to drag them in to testify and refer them to the US Attorney's office for prosecution.

It is no longer conjecture. The Mueller investigation broke the law to continue spying on Trump associates.

Yesterday, FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith agreed to plead guilty to making a false statement to the FBI and the FISA Court.

Clinesmith was responsible for altering an email from the CIA. Instead of admitting to the FISA Court that Trump advisor Carter Page was a US government source, as the CIA said in an email to him, Clinesmith altered the email to read that Page was "not a source."

That altered email was then used to trick the FISA Court into renewing the surveillance warrant.

This is not a victimless crime. The renewed FISA warrant allowed the Mueller team to surveil Carter Page, anyone he talked to, and any one else they talked to. Hundreds, potentially even thousands, of innocent Americans could have been caught up in this illegal surveillance.

This is a major constitutional violation. Because this was deliberate, it was criminal. Clinesmith deprived Americans' rights under the color of law.

But Clinesmith has also told the FBI that he gave the original unaltered CIA email to other officials within the Mueller investigation. Other officials within the Mueller team knew that Carter Page was innocent, but they signed off on the surveillance applications anyway.

All of these people have already come before Congress. Each and every one of them have testified, under oath, that the surveillance operation was legal and that it was done by the book. We now know that was a lie.

You have an obligation to call everyone involved in the Mueller investigation back in to testify and to answer for their crimes. Now that the first shoe has dropped, you need to ramp up this investigation.

The American people deserve to know the truth. The American people deserve justice.

But many of your colleagues disagree. They believe that the country should just move on and let these criminals get away with what they did.

I want to be absolutely clear: If you will not kick-start this investigation and force these FBI and DOJ officials to answer for why they broke the law and violated the constitution to illegally spy on Donald Trump's associates, I will have no choice but to remove you from office.
