The Only Way to Stop this Unconstitutional President

Did Congress just find its backbone? It appears so. In order to stop Barack Hussein Obama from circumventing the Constitution and bring the administration's Iran treaty to the UN, Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) wants to defud the United Nations.

This isn't coming from the Tea Party... this is coming from an Establishment Republican. The American people provide 22% of the UN's budget. This year, that amounts to $654 million.

What the President is doing is tyrannical. He knows he doesn't have the votes in the Senate to ratify his treaty with Iran, so he is bringing it to the United Nations in order to force it on the American people. The Founding Fathers had a word for this: tyranny.

This unconstitutional President knows no bounds. It is time for Congress to reassert its legislative authority and defund the United Nations once and for all. But the only way that happens if if YOU demand it!

What the Obama administration is doing is unconstitutional and tyrannical. The President knows that he doesn't have the votes in the Senate to ratify his spineless treaty with Iran.

The Constitution requires that all international treaties be made with the "advice and consent of the Senate." In order to become law in the United States, all treaties must be ratified by a 2/3 vote in the Senate.

The President doesn't have those votes. Just like when Obama signed the Arms Trade Treaty despite bipartisan Congressional opposition, the President again plans to use the United Nations to circumvent Congress and the Constitution.

Then, when the treaty is in place, Obama has admitted that he will lift the Congressionally imposed sanctions that have brought Iran to its knees.

The President of the United States doesn't have the Constitutional authority to do ANY of this.

There's an idea floating around Congress now that I hope you will jump on board with: Defund the United Nations.

The American taxpayers give $654 million to the UN every year, amounting to 22% of its total budget. And for what? So that this Imperial President can use the UN to circumvent Congress?

This isn't a Tea Party idea... this is coming straight from the GOP establishment. For far too long, you and your colleagues have watched as your legislative authority was eroded. It is time to take a stand. It is time to DEFUND the UN if Obama even tries to bring this horrible nuclear treaty to the Security Council.

This is the only way to stop it. If you won't get on board with this, then we have no choice to assume that you want Iran to get the bomb and that you support this President's unconstitutional agenda.
