Police in Long Island, New York just confiscated a man's guns because they didn't like the motorcycle club he belonged to.

Even though the man had no criminal record and owned all of his guns legally, and the fact that membership in the club is protected by the 1st Amendment, Suffolk County Police forced him to relinquish his guns.

This is Obama's endgame. This confiscation wouldn't have been possible without universal registration, which is what Obama is pushing hard for.

If this isn't nipped in the bud right now, this sort of confiscation will come to a town near you!

On October 22, 2015, the Suffolk County Police Department (SCPD) called a citizen and informed him that his pistol permits were under review because of his alleged membership in a motorcycle club.

The gun owner has no criminal record and all of his guns were purchased legally. He underwent numerous background and mental health record checks and even registered his guns with the state.

But because of his membership in this club, which is protected under the 1st Amendment, the police confiscated his guns.

If this can happen somewhere in America, it can happen anywhere in America!

The American people are afforded due process under the law. For a police department to confiscate a man's guns because of his association with a club is unconstitutional.

You must put an end to this tyrannical behavior. You have an obligation to defend the constitution for ALL Americans, and as long as New York is permitted to confiscate firearms from law-abiding citizens, then everyone's rights are in jeopardy!

During the American Revolution, it is estimated that only 3% of the colonists actively resisted British tyranny. The other 97% resisted passively, were too afraid to do anything, or remained loyal to the crown. Just three percent of the population was able to defeat the greatest military power in the world.

I am writing to tell you that I am a three percenter. I will not allow you, or any government official, to deprive me or my countrymen of our God-given right to life, liberty, and property. This is not a threat. This is merely a reminder that what you are doing and what you are allowing to take place is incompatible with our Constitutional Republic.

I will not comply with any unconstitutional gun control law, if you do not fight to end this abuse of power wherever it materializes, I will have no choice but to replace you.
