Not a Joke: Obama Colluding With European Socialists to Violate the US Constitution!

Obama is literally teaming up with French Socialists to violate the US Constitution and force a radical UN Climate treaty onto the American people without Congressional approval. This is happening and it is documented.

French Foreign Minister, and Socialist Party higher-up, Laurent Fabius admitted it in public. “Whether we like it or not,” he said, “if [the treaty] comes to the [U.S.] Congress, they will refuse… We must find a formula which is valuable for everybody and valuable for the U.S. without going to the Congress.”

Obama thinks he has found the loophole. He is financing the treaty with BILLIONS of your tax dollars and implementing it by executive order and EPA regulations. But what he is doing is unconstitutional!
