Barack Obama Surrenders American Sovereignty to the United Nations

Barack Obama is openly violating the Constitution by giving the UN Climate Treaty $500 million for implementation without Congressional approval. Unconstitutional.

He has pledged to increase these donations to $3 billion because Congress refuses to ratify the treaty. Unconstitutional.

He had his UN ambassador sign the treaty at the United Nations without Congressional ratification. Unconstitutional.

The good thing is, Conservatives have found a loophole. It is against Federal Law to finance any UN entity that grants full membership to any "organization or group that does not have the internationally recognized attributes of statehood." Palestine is not recognized as a state, yet the UN just gave them full membership in the UN treaty. Yes, it is a loophole, but it's the easiest and fastest way to stop this.

When the UN allowed Palestine to join the Climate Treaty, they triggered this old law.

Not only is Obama's plan unconstitutional, but now he is openly violating Federal law.
