Obama Openly Defies Courts, Hands Out Earthquake Amnesty to Illegals Anyway

Both a District Court and an Appeals Court have places an injunction against the Obama administration and prohibited them from implementing the President's amnesty directives.

They have found a loophole, however. The same law that allows for "migratory relief" for victims of natural disasters is now being used to grant amnesty to millions of illegal aliens here in the United States and hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens on the way!

This is utter madness. The President has no right to suspend our immigration laws just because a natural disaster strikes somewhere in the world!

Border Patrol is pushing back as much as they can on this, but they need your help!

Your predecessors gave the President the power to grant migratory relief to people fleeing natural disasters. The law is designed so that if someone flees a massive natural disaster to come to the United States, or if they are here legally and cannot return because of devastation, the administration can grant some leniency.

If a foreigner is here on vacation and an earthquake destroys their home city, they can petition for an extension on their visa. If a bonafide refugee shows up to the border but their passports were buried in the rubble, they get some leniency.

Barack Obama has bastardized this law to grant amnesty to hundreds of illegal aliens living in the United States simply because a natural disaster struck their home country.

Obama has used this loophole to end deportations for people from Liberia, Guinea, and Sierra Leone after the Ebola outbreak last year. He has used it to grant earthquake amnesty to Haitians, hurricane amnesty to Hondurans and Nicaraguans, and  "on-going armed conflict" amnesty to halt deportations of Yemeni illegal aliens.

Just to show how he is bastardizing this law, he has suspended deportation orders for illegal aliens from Yemen simply because there is terrorism in their home country.

When Congress passed this law, they did not intend to give the President the power to suspend deportations for entire nationalities whenever a natural disaster strikes somewhere around the world.

Border Patrol is begging you to stop this. After the administration began distributing Spanish language literature on this new "earthquake amnesty," there has been a surge of people claiming they are Ecuadorian without paperwork to back it up.

You must defund this. It is absolute lunacy!

A natural disaster should not give a President carte blanch to suspend our immigration law like this!
