Obama DOJ’s Says 'Nothing We Can Do' to Stop Illegal Alien Killers

The Obama administration just sent a letter to a distraught family, telling them there's 'nothing they can do' to catch the illegal alien who killed their son sixteen years ago.

The killer fled to Mexico and it's apparently too much paperwork for the administration to get him extradited.

But even still, the Obama administration has been caught, this year, releasing illegal aliens who have killed innocent Americans.

They say it is because the law doesn't require them to be arrested or deported. They found a loophole to let them release illegal alien killers from jail.

Enough is enough!

Sixteen years ago, an illegal alien crashed his car into the Inman family vehicle. He killed the family's son, Dustin, and put the mother into a coma and confined her to a wheelchair for life.

This month, the Obama administration sent the family a letter. As heartbreaking as the case was, they said, there was simply nothing they could do to catch the killer.

He fled to Mexico and they can't figure out how to extradite him.

That was over a decade and a half ago.

This year, the Obama administration was caught releasing illegal aliens from jail, even though they were charged with vehicular homicide.

Edwin Mejia got behind the wheel drunk and killed recent college graduate and straight-A student, Sarah Root. Even though he was charged with drunk driving and vehicular homicide, the Obama administration refused to put an immigration hold on him.

Apparently driving drunk and killing an American isn't a priority under Obama's amnesty directive.

These are two stories, a decade and a half apart. Why is this still happening?

Why are illegal aliens allowed to kill Americans, seemingly at will, and aren't held, imprisoned, or even deported?

The Obama administration says it is because no regulation or federal law requires the government to detain illegal alien killers.

That has to change!

There are a number of bills before you, including Kate's Law, which would force the administration to treat illegal alien killers and repeat criminals with harsh, mandatory sentences. When the sentence is up, these illegal aliens would be deported and if ever caught inside the US again, the mandatory minimum increases.

That is just one bill waiting for a vote in Congress. There are others that would stop the President's open border policy -- Sarah Root's killer was an "unaccompanied minor" who illegally crossed the border in 2013 -- and prevent more tragedies like this from happening in the future.

These victims' families deserve justice. The American people deserve safety.
