Loretta Lynch's antics yesterday proved that the Obama administration will never allow for Hillary Clinton to be prosecuted.

There is only one way to ensure that Hillary Clinton's crimes are fairly examined by a Grand Jury: She must be charged in Contempt of Congress.

Under the law, the Attorney General has a "duty" to impanel a Grand Jury to act on Contempt of Congress charges. The administration has no legal or constitutional right to interfere.

There are more than enough votes in Congress to move this forward. The only reason a vote hasn't been held is because Paul Ryan and the GOP leadership doesn't want to charge Hillary Clinton.

Yesterday, Loretta Lynch proved why the Founding Fathers created co-equal branches of government. Lynch refused to answer at least 74 questions pertaining to the Hillary Clinton email case. As Attorney General, she is uniquely qualified to comment on a criminal investigation she technically presided over.

But we learned that she didn't really read into the evidence. For the first time in her career, she declared she would take the FBI's recommendation before it was even made.

The House just formally referred Hillary Clinton to the FBI for a perjury/false statements under oath investigation. The result will be the same. If the FBI doesn't decline to recommend indictment, then Loretta Lynch will.

There is only one mechanism to circumvent Executive Branch corruption: Contempt of Congress charges.

Under the law, the Attorney General has a "duty" to impanel a Grand Jury to examine evidence in a Contempt of Congress case. The difference is that when Congress charges someone with a crime, the Executive Branch cannot interfere. That is what the Founders meant when they designed Congress as a co-equal branch of government.

Then, Hillary Clinton's fate will be decided by a jury of her peers.

You and your colleagues held Eric Holder and Loretta Lynch in contempt for doing far less. As corrupt and criminal as Holder and Lerner were, neither were accused of violating the Espionage Act.

It is time to do the same for Hillary Clinton. If she did nothing wrong, then a jury of her peers will clear her. But if she did lie and give false statements to Congress under oath - which is pretty obvious at this point - then justice will be served.
