The Obama administration did not hand everything over to Congress. They deliberately withheld a side deal that amends and dismantles many of the main selling points of the nuclear agreement. They didn't tell Congress that they had a side agreement that would allow Iran to build a nuclear weapon in just six months.

Under the law, the Iran nuclear agreement was never ratified. Congress never approved the full agreement.

Congress ended up narrowly approving the Iran nuclear deal. But that vote has just been invalidated.

We have now learned that the rumors of a "side deal" with Iran were true. The Obama administration agreed to a side deal that would amend the main agreement to allow Iran to begin upgrading its centrifuges in a decade. This is much earlier than the main agreement stipulated. Additionally, the upgraded centrifuges will reduce the 'break out time' to just six months.

You and your colleagues never ratified or approved the agreement. A crucial side agreement was withheld from Congress.

Obama broke the law and as a result, this agreement was never approved.

Iran continues to test-fire intercontinental ballistic missiles designed to deliver a nuclear payload. Just the other day, they test-fired a North Korean-designed missile, proving that they are actively dealing with other rogue, nuclear states.

The German intelligence service released a report showing that Iran continues to pursue nuclear weapons technologies.

This nuclear agreement is suicide.

Because you and your colleagues never received all of the documents pursuant to Public Law 114-17, you technically never ratified the agreement.

It is up to YOU to roll this back! I don't care if it takes a lawsuit or an Act of Congress, you can not allow this to move forward.

You were deceived and the President broke the law to trick Congress into approving an international agreement. For goodness sake, stand up for yourself!
