GOP Leadership Goes All-In To Protect Hillary

Hillary Clinton received a legally binding subpoena and preservation order on March 4, 2015. Her staff were notified. Those staff members held a conference call with the company managing her private server. And within days, her server had been wiped clean.

Hillary Clinton not only illegally handled classified information and lied to Congress under oath, but now we have evidence she detroyed evidence under a preservation order.

The leadership is doing everything they can to protect Hillary. The most they are letting Congress do is write a sternly worded letter to the DOJ.

That is not good enough!

We know that Hillary Clinton lied to Congress, under oath, at least three times. But this new revelation is ten times worse.

On March 4, 2015, Congress served Hillary Clinton and her staff with subpoenas for her private emails. This delivery also included a lawful preservation order demanding that records be kept safe.

Three weeks later, Hillary's staff held a conference call with the company that was managing Hillary's servers. The FBI notes show that the preservation order was discussed.

Within days, a company employee went into Hillary Clinton's server and deleted all the archives, using a tool called BleachBit to permanently scramble anything left behind.

It doesn't get more clear-cut than this.

The Clintons received a legally enforceable preservation order. Her staff called up the company housing the server and it was permanently deleted within days.

This is destruction of evidence.

But it really goes beyond that. In law, there is a principle known as spoliation of evidence. If someone destroys evidence while under a preservation order, then it is permissable to consider them guilty until proven innocent.

What has the GOP leadership's response been? They had Rep. Chaffetz draft a sternly worded letter asking the DOJ to open up another investigation. This is pointless and a waste of everyone's time.

There is only one pathway that ends in Hillary Clinton facing justice, and sending a sternly worded letter to the Obama administration is not it...

You MUST hold Hillary Clinton in Contempt of Congress! She demonstrably lied under oath and her staff seemed to have conspired to destroy evidence.

Enough talk. You cannot allow this cover-up to persist. Either hold Hillary Clinton in Contempt of Congress or else it is clear you are protecting her as well!
