Last week, the House Government Oversight Committee subpoenaed Hillary Clinton's sever technician, Bryan Pagliano, to testify on his involvement in the server arrangement.

Bryan Pagliano has every right to assert his Fifth Amendment right to avoid self-incrimination. But the American people have every right to watch this criminal squirm as he pleads the Fifth by reading off the notecard provided by his attorneys.

He has every right to plead the fifth to every single question that Congress throws at him. But he legally has to show up.

He completely defied the subpoena and didn't bother to attend the hearing he was required to be at. That is a crime.

The Oversight Committee ultimately voted 19-15 to hold Bryan Pagliano in Contempt of Congress for his refusal to appear.

Now, this resolution will go to the House floor for a full vote.

House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy has confirmed that the resolution will receive a full floor vote this week.

It is going to be close. There are plenty of people on the right side of the aisle who want to see this whole issue swept under the rug.
