FBI Confirms: Hillary Investigation a Total Sham

Not only did the FBI give practically all of Hillary Clinton's aides immunity from prosecution, but we are now learning that one of the provisions within these immunity deals was that the FBI would destroy the Clinton hardware (laptops, servers, etc) once they were finished examining them.

So in addition to intentionally limiting the scope of the investigation to reduce the likelihood of a conviction, but the FBI and DOJ actually helped the Clintons to destroy the evidence.

The whole thing was a sham...

Luckily, there are brave Congressmen like Trey Gowdy and Jason Chaffetz who are refusing to take this lying down. They have already voted to charge one of Hillary Clinton's aides with Contempt of Congress. It is time to charge the rest!

Last week, your colleagues in the House Government Oversight Committee voted to hold Bryan Pagliano in Contempt of Congress. He is Hillary Clinton's server technician who defied a Congressional subpoena and refused to show up to the Committee to testify.

This is an excellent first step and I commend you for making an effort to hold him accountable. But you need to go further.

The fact of the matter is that the entire Clinton team defied a Congressional subpoena and preservation order. Just days after you instructed Hillary Clinton, her aides, and Platte River Networks to preserve all documents, the parties held a conference call. Within hours, the back-up drives were erased and wiped clean.

Hillary Clinton herself lied to Congress, under oath, no less than THREE times during the investigation. As demonstrated through the email records, Cheryl Mills lied under oath about when she learned of the private server.

I wanted to trust the FBI to run an unbiased investigation. They have proven that they couldn't.

Not only did they give immunity to pretty much everyone that could have been prosecuted, but they agreed to destroy the hardware once the FBI was done examining it.

That's not a joke. One of the provisions within the immunity deals was that the FBI had to destroy the laptops when they were finished examining them.

The FBI never intended to hold anyone accountable for these Espionage Act violations. Only you can.

You've already moved forward with charging Bryan Pagliano in Contempt of Congress. It is time to finish what the FBI couldnt: Hold Hillary Clinton and her aides in Contempt of Congress and force the Attorney General to send the case to a Grand Jury!
