For months, we have known that Hillary Clinton did not tell Congress the truth when she said, under oath, that she turned over all her work-related emails. Just last week, the State Dept released 270 pages of work-related emails that Hillary tried to destroy, but the FBI recovered.

The only reason Congress has not pressed forward with Contempt charges is that they cannot prove she knew she was lying.

Referring to the campaign's talking point that Hillary "turned everything over," Kendal replied, "The statement could be read to imply we turned over the thumb drive and server to the State Department—which we didn't."

Two weeks later, Hillary Clinton continued to lie and told Congress, under oath, that she had turned over all work-related emails.

She knowingly lied. She was coached that this claim would be a lie and she made it anyway.

You have a Constitutional and ethical responsibility to hold Hillary Clinton in Contempt of Congress. She stood before you and your colleagues, swore to tell the truth, and then proceeded to knowingly lie.
