Kansas Child Raped By 10X Deported Illegal Alien

An illegal alien was just charged with raping a child in Kansas. He has been deported 10 times. The Obama administration just announced that when the trial is over, he will be deported an 11th time.

This country desperately needs Kate's Law. Named after Kate Steinle, this bill would require illegal alien repeat offenders to serve jail time.

This is common sense. Illegal aliens who are convicted of violent crimes should not be deported and allowed to re-enter the United States at will and victimize more Americans.

Kate's Law has the votes to pass, but the spineless GOP leadership refuses to do what's necessary.

Our immigration system is a revolving door. Illegal aliens are being allowed to enter the United States without consequence. The President says he is only interested in enforcing the law against illegal alien violent criminals, but the fact is that is a revolving door as well.

Those who commit crimes are tried and convicted, but then ICE steps in and deports the convicted criminal back to their country of origin. Without mandatory minimum sentencing for illegal alien repeat offenders, these convicted felons are given the opportunity to re-enter the United States at will.

If you want to see how idiotic our immigration laws are, the illegal alien who raped a child and has been deported 10x was given the opportunity to post bail.

If he ever was able to scrounge up the money, he'd disappear back into society and we wouldn't hear about him again until he chose his next victim. Only an idiot would give an illegal alien the opportunity to make bail.

Kate's Law is very simple. It attaches a mandatory minimum sentence to illegal alien convicted criminals caught re-entering the United States after being deported.

Illegal aliens who commit violent crimes and are deported would face a mandatory 5-year prison term if they ever came back to the US.

If they serve their time, go back to their country, and are caught in the US again, they'd go away for 10-years. If that isn't enough to convince them to stop coming back, then the mandatory minimum jumps to 20-years.

The alternative is a revolving door that victimizes thousands of Americans a year.

You swore an oath to uphold the Constitution but you also took an oath to protect the American people. Kate's Law would do just that.

If you refuse to pass Kate's Law, then I will have no choice but to take that as a violation of your oath of office...
