Horrible: Deported Illegal Alien Murders 10-Year Old Girl

Another illegal alien has been arrested in connection to a murder. This time, the victim is a 10-year old girl.

The illegal alien suspected of killing her is 24-year old Gustavo Gonzalez. He was deported in 2014 after being arrested twice for "causing bodily injury" to others. He re-entered the US illegally and now a small child is dead.

Earlier this year, Democrats filibustered and blocked Kate's Law, a bill that would punish illegal aliens caught re-entering the country. Congress has the power to pass this bill right now, but they are terrified of being labeled "racists."

Gustavo Gonzalez is a 24-year old illegal alien. He has a long criminal history and was previously deported in 2014 after he was arrested twice for "causing bodily injury" to others.

Gonzales re-entered the United States and now he is once again sitting in jail. That is because he is the lead suspect in the murder of a 10-year old girl.

He re-entered the United States because there is no punishment for re-entering. He will be deported again and then sneak right back across to victimize even more Americans.

Kate's Law would put a stop to this.

Kate's Law is simple. If a criminal illegal alien is deported and is caught re-entering the United States, they would receive a mandatory minimum 5-year prison sentence. Anyone who re-enters the US after that would get a minimum of 10-years in prison.

In July, Kate's Law fell just 5 votes short of passage in the Senate. Harry Reid and the Democrats successfully filibustered the bill. They would rather maintain the revolving door at our border...

When the bill failed to pass, you and your colleagues threw up your arms and said that you tried, before moving onto other issues. Now a 10-year old girl is dead...

You and I both know you have the power to pass this legislation. You can bring the legislation to Reconciliation and bypass the filibuster in the Senate. But for whatever reason, you and your colleagues have chosen not to. Apparently, keeping Americans alive is not your priority.
