The election was a month ago, but the State Department is still releasing Hillary Clinton's emails.

Remember how State decided that there were emails that wouldn't be released until after the election? These are those emails and we now know why they were hesitant to release them.

On Wednesday, the State Dept. released 317 of the 15,000 deleted emails that the FBI recovered off of Clinton's server. The White House has been quick to label these as "near duplicates." Yes, the bodies of the emails are the same, but for the first time, we are seeing that Hillary Clinton forwarded highly classified information to non-governmental employees!

The emails in question are under the F-2016-07895 Case Number. They show Hillary Clinton forwarding highly classified information for retired Navy Reserve Culinary Specialist Oscar Flores so that he could "please print" them out for her. This is a felony.

Hillary Clinton created a classified document, sent it to a non-governmental employee without the proper clearance, to his private email account, and asked him to print it out for her.

This is quite literally the textbook definition of "removing classified information from its proper place of custody."

Under oath, Hillary Clinton swore to you and your colleagues that she never did this. She swore up and down that she never broke the law by illegally sending Classified information.

She lied.

Not only that, but she deliberately tried to destroy this evidence. The only reason we know that she did this is because the FBI recovered the evidence off of her server.

You and your colleagues gave Hillary Clinton and her staff a subpoena and legally binding preservation order to preserve this evidence and they chose to destroy it instead. If this doesn't speak to intent, I don't know what possibly could...

I don't want you to throw Clinton in jail. I want you to hold her in Contempt of Congress and refer the case to a Grand Jury so she can be judged by a jury of her peers. This new evidence is more than enough to accomplish that.

Our biggest fear was that Hillary would win the Presidency and use her victory to shut down the investigations against her. What does it say about you if Congress allows her losing the election to do the same?
