The Social Security Administration just officially finalized its gun ban pursuant to Obama's gun control executive order. They are now rolling it out.

Any beneficiary with a "representative payee" will be added to the FBI's prohibited persons list.

A representative payee is someone - usually a family member or friend - assigned to help a beneficiary manage his or her finances. Sometimes, a beneficiary has reached the age when they are no longer comfortable driving a car, so they give a family member or friend permission to deposit their benefits checks or pick up their prescription medications.

Other times, a representative payee is assigned because the beneficiary is simply bad at managing money and needs help getting the bills paid on time.

What Obama just did is classify these beneficiaries as "mentally defective" with "sub-human intelligence." As you read this, the SSA's list of disabled elderly Americans is already being transferred to the FBI and ATF.

No judge... no jury... And because these Americans are dependent on their Social Security benefits checks, it's unlikely that many of them can afford a lawyer to fight this.

Over the next year, the Social Security Administration plans to disarm between 75,000 and 100,000 Social Security beneficiaries. That is their quota.

It is up to you to stop this. The Social Security Beneficiary 2nd Amendment Rights Protection Act (S2495/HR3516) has been introduced into Congress. This bill has more than 150 co-sponsors.

It is time to push it through!
