Obama's Gone But There Is Still An Innocent Soldier Behind Bars
Lt. Clint Lorance was convicted of murdering two Afghan men who refused to stop their motorcycle barrelling towards US soldiers.
The military prosecuted Lorance for killing innocent civilians, even though they knew that biometric evidence connected the motorcycle "victims" to roadside bombs in the area. They deliberately withheld this evidence at trial.
Now, Lt. Lorance is serving a 19-year prison sentence for ordering his men to open fire on insurgent roadside bomb technicians.
Representative Duncan Hunter is leading the push in Congress to get this young man released from prison, but he can't do it alone.
