You need to publicly get behind Rep. Ron DeSantis' plan to pull the plug on the out-of-control Mueller investigation.

Every week, we learn another reason that this Russia investigation should be shut down. We are now learning that the "Trump Dossier" -- which was funded by Hillary Clinton, the DNC, and Obama's campaign organization -- was used as the basis to launch the surveillance of Trump and his associates during the Presidential transition.

To this day, the FBI cannot verify the contents of the Dossier. Yet, that didn't stop the Obama administration from bringing it before a FISA judge to lobby for a surveillance warrant so they could spy on President-elect Donald Trump and his advisors.

This is shameful. It is shameful that you have allowed this to go on for this long. Word is that Robert Mueller is preparing to charge Paul Manafort with another crime that has nothing to do with collusion.

They did this in the Soviet Union as well. Once Stalin identified a political target, he would manufacture evidence against him. "You show me the man, and I'll show you the crime," he would say.

That is exactly what is happening here. There is no such thing as a crime of "collusion." There was never a crime even identified when the Special Counsel was appointed. And what have we seen? Four indictments -- two for tax violations and two for process crimes that have nothing to do with what Mueller is supposed to be focusing on.

The entire investigation is fruit from the poisoned tree. The Obama administration used a Clinton campaign document to launch an investigation against the incoming administration. Surveillance was then leaked to the Press to damage the incoming President's National Security Advisor.

You need to shut it down. Rep. Ron DeSantis' has a one-sentence bill that would do just that. Since the Mueller investigation has gone nearly a year without uncovering any evidence of collusion, it needs to be ended. The DeSantis bill would defund the investigation.

With the new budget deadline set for January 19, you have a chance to do just that!

I am urging you to intervene in this anti-Trump witch hunt and put an end to it once and for all. This would stop these anti-Trump agents from collecting a paycheck for trying to destroy the President. It would shut down the witch hunt for good.

You need to attach this to next month's spending bill. This isn't an ask, this is a demand!
