Breaking: Democrat California Judge Issues Stunning Ruling to Save Sanctuary Cities

A liberal Federal judge in California just issued a nationwide injunction against the Trump administration, blocking the President from cracking down on sanctuary cities.

Sanctuary cities are currently shielding hundreds of illegal aliens from deportation. Every day, illegal alien criminals are released back onto the street, just to spite the Trump administration. They are sacrificing Americans at the altar of political correctness.

California and its sanctuary cities are claiming victory.

The Department of Homeland Security just announced that in the first 8 months of the 2017 Fiscal Year, sanctuary cities shielded at least 142 illegal alien gang members from deportation. The numbers grow much higher when all illegal alien criminals are taken into account.

This comes as yet another Federal Judge has issued a nationwide injunction against the Trump administration's crackdown on sanctuary cities.

Last week, another Liberal Judge decided to issue a ruling blocking the Trump administration from punishing sanctuary cities. California District Judge Manuel Real is 94 years old. He was first nominated to the bench by Lyndon B. Johnson and has been issuing liberal rulings ever since.

Judge Real ruled that the Trump administration was breaking the law by withholding law enforcement grants from sanctuary cities and states. According to this judge, if sanctuary cities refuse to cooperate with Federal investigations, the DOJ must still give these cities my tax dollars.

This is absolute madness. Not only that a single district Judge could issue a nationwide injunction, but also the fact that the law requires these lawless jurisdictions must continue to receive law enforcement grants.

President Trump is doing what he can to enforce our immigration laws, but activist judges are resisting him at every turn.

You need to intervene before it is too late. The President is doing everything he can, but only YOU and your colleagues can write into the law that Federal law enforcement funding requires state and local cooperation with all Federal law enforcement actions.

It really isn't that hard to wrap your head around. Imagine sending a city millions of dollars to help prepare local police to respond to terrorism, only to have Politicians and Police Captains order their officers to stand down during a terrorist attack. That is what is happening with immigration enforcement.

These sanctuary cities are more than happy to cash the Federal government's checks, but when it comes time to actually help enforce immigration law, they actively are helping harbor these criminals.

Enough is enough. The legislation to defund sanctuary cities has stalled in Congress. I am demanding that you push it forward!

There is a reason that President Trump's job approval is consistently 25 to 35 points higher than the Congressional approval rating. He is doing everything he can to fulfill his campaign promises and you and your colleagues appear to be running out the clock.

This isn't a hard thing to get behind. When a city or state arrests a criminal who also happens to be an illegal alien, they need to hand him or her over to ICE agents. We're not talking about going door to door to root out illegal aliens. We are talking about requiring cities hand over illegal alien criminals when they are caught committing local and state crimes.

Far too many American citizens and legal immigrants have been victimized because of these idiotic sanctuary policies. That must end.

Pass legislation to give President Trump the power to defund sanctuary cities, or I will have no choice but to replace you with someone who will...
