Yesterday, Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy announced his retirement, giving President Trump the ability to create the nation's first truly Conservative Supreme Court in over 80 years.

But already, GOP cowards are starting to buckle. Jeff Flake has already promised to block all of Trump's judicial nominees until the President relents on trade and his Cuba policy. Lisa Murkowski and Susan Collins are already discussing blocking any pro-life judge from being added to the bench. Others in the GOP want to wait until after the midterms to confirm a replacement.

If just one Republican votes with the Democrats, the nomination can be killed.

Already, though, some of your colleagues are talking about stalling or even blocking President Trump's nomination.

Jeff Flake, for example, has already promised to block all of Pres. Trump's judicial nominations in the Judiciary Committee until he relents on trade and his Cuba policy. Others, like Susan Collins and Lisa Murkowski, are staunchly pro-choice and considering voting against Trump's pro-life nominee.

Because John McCain is fighting a terminal brain tumor, one Republican 'no' vote can block an entire confirmation.

The obstructionist Democrats in both the House and Senate are promising to grind everything to a halt if President Trump so much as even nominates a replacement. Yes, that even includes shutting down the government and defaulting on our debt.
