This week, Robert Mueller's prosecutor cried in open court. The Reagan-appointed judge caught the prosecutor trying to sway the jury by using facial expressions. The Judge called him out on it and he started crying.

"I understand how frustrated you are. In fact, there's tears in your eyes right now," Judge Ellis said from the bench.

The Mueller team is frustrated because their witch hunt is falling apart. Their "star witness" against Trump's former campaign manager couldn't even go half an hour without perjuring himself.

Rick Gates pled guilty to lying to Federal investigators. He was asked during cross-examination whether he ever lied to Mueller's investigators, and Gates said, "no." When he was pressed more, he admitted that he did lie to Mueller.

The Judge, enraged by these blatant lies, called Gates out for his perjury.

The Mueller probe is falling apart because they are not going where the evidence leads them.

Robert Mueller and his team will never conclude that Donald Trump is innocent. This investigation into the Trump Campaign has gone on for over two years now. Of the 35 indictments that Mueller has brought, not one includes any allegation of collusion. Not one charge alleges that an American worked with a Russian to influence the 2016 election.

Mueller knows there's no evidence of collusion, but he is so determined to take down the President that he is expanding the scope of his probe. Robert Mueller is now demanding that Trump sit for an interrogation and answer questions related to his exercise of Article II powers. The President has the Constitutional authority to hire and fire top-level government employees.

Mueller doesn't care. He is demanding that Trump explain why he fired James Comey. The fact is that the DOJ Inspector General's report vindicated President Trump's decision to fire Comey. Still, Mueller wants to try to trick President Trump into misspeaking or admitting something that he can use to prosecute or impeach him.

If President Trump refuses to sit for an interrogation, then Mueller's team is threatening to stretch this witch hunt out indefinitely, through the midterms.

You need to intervene right now. This has gotten out of control. Mueller isn't interested in following the evidence. He has his sights set on destroying the President, no matter what.

It's time to shut this down. Rep. Ron DeSantis has introduced a one-sentence amendment that would pull the plug on Mueller's witch hunt for good.

You must pass this amendment. I don't care what it takes. Pass it as a standalone bill or attach it to one of the spending bills coming up for a vote in the next week. Whatever it takes, you must shut this out-of-control witch hunt down!
