I know what you did. While everyone was focusing on the Kavanaugh drama, you sent a spending package to Pres. Trump's desk that restored funding to the UN programs and agencies that he cut.

In the past year, President Trump has cut close to a billion dollars in aid to the United Nations and anti-American foreign countries. The State Department was actively working on another billion in cuts to the UN's peacekeeping and aid programs. Just last month, Trump cut another $350 million from the UNRWA.

Every President has promised to be good stewards of American tax dollars. They all lied. Republicans and Democrats alike have only increased the amount of funding given to anti-American interests.

However, when it came time to keep the government funded, you refused to memorialize these cuts. Instead, you passed a continuing resolution, restoring the funding levels that were set last year.

I will say it again: How dare you?

For far too long, you and your colleagues have given away our hard earned tax dollars to UN programs and agencies that actively are trying to undermine our sovereignty. Just last week, the UN's highest court ruled that the Trump administration's sanctions against Iran were illegal. Think about that. The United Nations used MY tax dollars to overturn sanctions against the world's leading state sponsor of terrorism. Sanctions, by the way, that you approved.

The UN is celebrating. They were on the brink of collapse. Take the Green Climate Fund as an example. 2018 was the first year that they didn't redistribute funds around the globe. Because of Trump's cuts, they were having a hard time even keeping the lights on. Now, they're getting it all.

Because the funding was restored in a continuing resolution, you must vote on the package again to make them permanent.

I need you to understand something, so I am going to write as clearly as I can: If you do not do everything in your power to cut the UN's funding and pull the plug, you will be removed from office.

President Trump promised to cut this spending and he is fulfilling that promise. It is YOUR job to help him finish that. That is what I am demanding of you.

Do not let Congress permanently restore this funding. If you want me to support you, then you need to support the President's America First agenda and pull the plug on the United Nations once and for all!
