Yesterday, the prosecution's star witness -- Corey Scott -- took the stand and testified that HE killed an injured ISIS terrorist on the battlefield, not Navy SEAL Chief Edward Gallagher. The Medic testified that he asphyxiated the fighter by blocking his breathing tube.

Prosecutors are scrambling, trying to discredit their own star witness. But they are promising to push forward with prosecuting all of the charges, even if they only end up convicting Gallagher for "Aggravated Assault."

That is right. These corrupt prosecutors are now trying to convict a decorated member of SEAL Team 6 for "assaulting" an ISIS fighter on the battlefield.

But instead of dropping the charges, Navy Prosecutors are hopeful they can still convince a jury that Edward Gallagher is guilty. If not guilty of murder or attempted murder, they are hopeful they can get this Navy SEAL hero on "Aggravated Assault" charges.

Yes, you read that correctly. Prosecutors have such an axe to grind that they are trying to lock up a member of SEAL Team Six for "assaulting" and ISIS terrorist on the battlefield.

You need to put a stop to this. The Judge in this case already removed the last prosecutors when they were caught illegally spying on the defense attorneys' email accounts. Now, these new prosecutors want to lock up a Navy SEAL hero for "assaulting" a terrorist. This is madness.
