Democrats and GOP Traitors Caught Making Obama's Unconstitutional UN Treaty Permanent

Leftists in Congress just slipped a provision into the upcoming spending bill that would block President Trump from formally withdrawing from the United Nations' radical climate treaty.

The United Nations has spent the past two years blocking Trump from pulling out. According to the terms Obama signed, the US cannot withdraw until next year. The Democrats' new amendment, however, would prevent President Trump from doing that!

Barack Obama unconstitutionally signed, implemented, and funded the treaty. And now Congressional Democrats, and a handful of Republicans, want to keep it alive!

When Barack Obama signed the United Nations' Paris Climate Treaty, he did so without the advice and consent of the Senate as the Constitution requires. As a result, the agreement was not a binding treaty under US law. However, that didn't stop Obama from committing the country to it.

The Obama administration implemented nearly identical EPA regulations to comply with the treaty's terms and the former-President raided the State Department's discretionary funds to pledge $3 billion to help the UN implement their treaty. $1 billion was actually disbursed, even though Congress did not appropriate the funds...

Obama's signing and implementation of the Paris Climate Treaty is a perfect example of what the Founders feared would happen. That is why they gave Congress the exclusive power to ratify international agreements (and only with a 2/3 majority).

Two years ago, President Trump announced that the United States would be withdrawing from the treaty. Obama had no right to sign it and Trump refused to be complicit in his end-run around the constitution.

That should have been the end of it. But according to the terms Obama agreed to, the United States cannot withdraw until November 4, 2020 (one day after the Presidential election).

Many of your colleagues are afraid, however, that Trump will win re-election and officially withdraw from the (unconstitutional) agreement. In recent days, they have slipped a provision into the House of Representatives' version of the State, Foreign Operations, and Related Programs Appropriation bill.

The provision reads that "none of the funds appropriated or otherwise made available by this Act, or prior Acts making appropriations for the Department of State, foreign operations, and related programs, may be used to provide formal notification under Article 28 of the Paris Agreement of the withdrawal of the United States from such Agreement."

If this passes, President Trump will not be able to withdraw from the treaty. This is disgusting. What Obama did was unconstitutional. He side-stepped the Constitution to not only sign an international treaty without Congressional consent, but also disbursed a billion dollars that Congress did not appropriate.

And now, you want to cement this unconstitutional treaty by using the power of the purse to block Trump from withdrawing from it? How dare you even think of doing this?

If you vote to pass this provision into law, you will be removed from office. You are more than welcome to work for the United Nations and their anti-American bureaucrats after you leave office. But don't you dare try to sidestep the Constitution to keep this horrible treaty alive.
