Breaking: Republicans Now Caving on Not One, But TWO Gun Confiscation Bills!

Democrats have struck a deal with Republicans and the House Judiciary Committee is going into emergency session to push through "compromise" gun control bills.

The bills will expand Federal gun control laws to allow the government to disarm and confiscate firearms from innocent people. People who have never even been charged with a crime.

This is what the Left has always wanted. They don't want anyone to be able to own a gun. Up until now, they have been forced to wait until gun owners break the law before they could be disarmed.

But these new bills would allow them, for the first time, to be able to permanently revoke innocent Americans' gun rights!

This is the fight of our lives. The GOP is already agreeing to these horrible gun control bills.

And the vote has now been scheduled for next week!

The House Judiciary Committee is going into emergency session next week to push through a gun control package.

In that package are two bills that you cannot, under any circumstances, allow to pass.

The first is the Extreme Risk Protection Order Act. This bill would create a new class of Federal prohibited person, anyone deemed by a local or state court to "pose a danger of causing harm to himself, herself, or others by having access to a firearm."

They wouldn't have to commit a crime or be adjudicated mentally defective. If a single local or state judge determines that there is at least a 50% chance that someone is "dangerous," then their gun rights would be revoked at the Federal level.

This is a proposal to allow for Federal disarmament of innocent people. You CANNOT allow this to pass.

The next bill is the Disarm Hate Act, which would classify anyone "convicted in any court of a misdemeanor hate crime" as a prohibited person as well. Anyone convicted of a felony hate crime is already disarmed. But this provision would apply to people convicted of hate speech crimes.

The Supreme Court has already ruled that there is no such thing as Hate Speech. Even speech that we find most objectionable is protected under the 1st Amendment. But this bill would allow the Federal government to permanently disarm Americans who are convicted at the local or state level of hate speech crimes.

We have already seen how radical these state-level hate speech statutes are. They are already being abused to target and punish conservatives simply for their political and religious beliefs. This bill would give the Federal government the power to revoke their God-given right to self-defense as well.

You need to kill both of these bills, and any other gun control legislation designed to make it easier for the government to disarm innocent people.. None of these bills would keep the American people safe. Instead, they are only designed to make it harder for law-abiding Americans to defend themselves and easier for the government to disarm innocent people.

And they certainly won't help you win re-election, either. Make no mistake: Any Congressman or Senator who votes for any of these gun confiscation bills will be voted out and removed from office. This is a promise that you really should take seriously...
