Democrats are going to push through three gun control bills in the Judiciary Committee today. They are claiming that these are "compromise" proposals. But combined, this is one the most radical gun control packages ever introduced in Congress.

There is no compromising on the 2nd Amendment.. You either support the right to keep and bear arms, or you don't...

I am demanding that you kill all three of these bills, right now!

The first is the Disarm Hate Act (H.R. 2708). This bill would amend the Gun Control Act to create a new class of prohibited person. Any American convicted of a misdemeanor hate crime would permanently lose their gun rights.

Violent hate crimes -- assault, rape, murder, arson, etc. -- are already prosecuted as felonies, therefore gun confiscations are automatically granted. This bill, however, would authorize confiscation raids against people convicted of non-violent hate speech crimes. This bill is designed to criminalize political speech and if you pass it, it will be abused!

The next bill is the Keep Americans Safe Act (H.R. 1186). This title is a complete lie. The bill would ban any firearm magazine that can hold more than 10 rounds of ammunition. Just to put this in perspective, Lewis and Clark explored America with a rifle that had a 20-round magazine. They were given the rifle by Thomas Jefferson himself.

Make no mistake: if you pass this bill, people will die. If you make it harder for Americans to defend themselves and their families, the blood will be on your hands...

And the last bill is the worst of all: the Extreme Risk Protection Order Act of 2019 (H.R. 1236). This bill would actually give the Federal government the power to revoke innocent Americans' gun rights. Do not buy into the lies. This legislation guts the due process protections that our entire judicial system is built on.

The bill would allow prosecutors to have a gun owner deemed "dangerous" without having to accuse him of a crime or mental defect. Red Flag bills are literally designed to let the government disarm innocent Americans, simply by convincing a judge that there is at least a 51% chance that the gun owner is "dangerous."

Forget about innocent until proven guilty. This bill would make gun owners guilty until proven innocent...

There is no room to compromise on any of these bills. You cannot "compromise" with people who want to ban and confiscate as many guns as possible.

I am demanding that you hold the line and KILL each and every one of these gun control bills. If you will not, then you will be removed from office for violating your oath of office!
