Sometimes, I wonder whether you remember why you were sent to Washington. In case you have forgotten, you were elected by American citizens to work on behalf of American citizens. That is your job.

Next week, the Supreme Court is set to hear the challenge to the Obama-era DACA amnesty executive order. Many of your colleagues are terrified that the former-President's amnesty program may finally be declared illegal and unconstitutional

Not only do they want to make Obama's amnesty order permanent, but they want to quadruple it in size, expand it to include a pathway to citizenship, and offer the program to illegal alien convicted criminals.

That is right. They "compromise" bill they are proposing, H.R. 6, would instantly grant amnesty and a pathway to citizenship to illegal aliens convicted of one or two misdemeanors. Illegal aliens with three or four misdemeanor convictions would become eligible after a probationary period.

I have a serious question for you: Who in their right mind could possibly believe they were elected to Congress to give citizenship to illegal alien convicted criminals?

With all of the problems and challenges facing Americans right now, how could anyone possibly believe this amnesty giveaway is a priority?

Some Democrats are now talking about threatening another government shutdown unless you pass a bill offering full amnesty and citizenship to millions of illegal aliens. They want to hold the country's national security hostage unless you pass their immigration bill. It is disgusting.
