Democrats are moving forward with their plan to hold the government funding hostage to force the GOP to pass their clean amnesty bill.

Not only are they planning to make Barack Obama's unconstitutional amnesty program permanent, but their bill -- H.R. 6 -- would expand it to give a pathway to citizenship to 2.5 million illegal aliens, including repeat convicted criminals.

As long as an illegal alien has not been convicted of more than four misdemeanors, they would receive amnesty and a pathway to citizenship.

And the GOP is already starting to cave to these radical demands.

You were elected to serve the American people. Over the past couple of months, however, you seem to have forgotten that simple mandate.

The 116th Congress has now approved more subpoenas than new laws. And the legislation that is being considered is absolutely disgusting.

I am talking about H.R. 6. This legislation was passed as a standalone bill in the House earlier this summer, but was dead on arrival in the Senate. Nancy Pelosi, however, is now trying to push this radical amnesty bill through by attaching it to one of the upcoming spending bills.

Right off the bat, the legislation would make Barack Obama's DACA amnesty program permanent. Even though the former-President had no legal or constitutional right to dole out amnesty to these 700,000 illegal aliens, H.R. 6 would make the program permanent.

It would also expand the amnesty program to cover at least 2.5 million illegal aliens. I say "at least" because that is just a low estimate.

And instead of simply deferring deportation, this legislation would offer these illegal aliens a pathway to receive American citizenship.

But the devil really is in the details. The legislation declares that illegal aliens would remain eligible for amnesty and citizenship even if they have been convicted of multiple misdemeanor crimes. Illegal aliens who have committed 1 or 2 misdemeanors would automatically qualify for the program. If an illegal alien has been convicted of 3 or 4 misdemeanors, they would be put on probation before being offered citizenship.

This is literally a bill to give illegal alien repeat criminals a pathway to receive American citizenship.

This is not your mandate. You were sent to DC to serve the American people, not to add illegal alien convicted criminals to the voter rolls.

And you certainly were not sent to DC to hold the Federal government's funding hostage in order to push this amnesty bill through...

I don't care what it takes. You must kill this bill.

It is time for you to honor your oath and serve your constituents. If you violate this oath by voting for this disgusting amnesty bill, I will not rest until you are defeated and dragged out of office.
