Anti-Gun Prosecutors Target Disabled Marine For Bringing Back Two Gun Magazines

Prosecutors in New Jersey are now going after Mike Harky, an Iraq War Veteran and Purple Heart recipient, because he brought two 30-round magazines home with him after he left the Marine Corps.

He doesn't own an AR-15 or any bullets to put in the magazines, and they have been left untouched in his attic ever since he got home. But prosecutors want to make an example of this man and send him to prison for 36 months!

This is absolutely disgusting.

That is why we are calling on you to help!

Today, our goal is to bombard Congress and New Jersey officials' offices with a half million FaxBlasts demanding that they intervene and put a stop to this unjust prosecution.

But we cannot do it without your help!

Quick, send your instant FaxBlast to Congress and these NJ officials and DEMAND that they shut down this unjust prosecution and defend this American hero before it's too late!
