Tomorrow, the Supreme Court will finally hear the challenge to Barack Obama's unconstitutional illegal alien amnesty executive order.

Congress has made it clear: illegal immigration is against the law. To help enforce these provisions, Congress has also passed laws prohibiting illegal aliens from working in the United States.

Barack Obama's amnesty program ignored both of these laws. Not only did President Obama promise not to deport illegal aliens, but he also granted them work permits so they could work in the United States. This was patently unconstitutional and illegal.

But now that the Supreme Court is poised to shut this abomination down, many of your colleagues are scrambling to find a legislative fix.

Except they aren't just trying to make Barack Obama's amnesty program permanent. They want to expand it.

With Republicans begging for a chance to pass an amnesty bill, Democrats are offering up H.R. 6, the American Dream and Promise Act.

This bill would not only make Obama's amnesty program permanent, but it would triple its size from 700,000 to 2.5 million illegal aliens and offer recipients a pathway to citizenship as well. Not even Barack Obama dared to go this far.

But it gets worse. H.R. 6 would also grant amnesty and citizenship to illegal alien convicted criminals. Illegal aliens would be allowed to have FOUR misdemeanor criminal convictions and still qualify for amnesty and citizenship.

I need you to understand something: This is not your mandate. You were not elected to Congress to turn illegal alien convicted criminals into American citizens.

But if you vote to offer amnesty and citizenship to millions of illegal alien, even if they are convicted criminals, I promise that you will be removed from office.

I want to be clear, this is not a threat, it is a promise. If you stab the American people in the back and vote to rush through H.R. 6 (or any amnesty giveaway bill like it), I will not rest until you are removed from office!
