Breaking: Navy Admiral Defies Trump, Moves to Strip Pardoned Hero's SEAL Status

Last week, President Trump ordered a full pardon for Navy SEAL Eddie Gallagher. The President ordered the Navy to restore Gallagher's rank and pay.

Instead, the Admiral in charge of the Navy SEALs is trying to kick Gallagher out of the program. He doesn't care that the Commander in Chief ordered him to stand down. Adm. Collin Green is moving forward with a hearing to take away Gallagher's SEAL Trident Pin.

This has gotten out of control. The anti-Trump Pentagon officials are now defying direct orders from the President of the United States. They are ignoring a lawful pardon to try to make example of this American hero.

Eddie Gallagher is an American hero who received not one, but two Bronze Stars for Valor while deployed overseas with the SEALS. For the past year, military prosecutors accused Gallagher of committing war crimes. They accused him of deliberately murdering an ISIS prisoner.

Throughout the entire process, Gallagher was treated absolutely horribly. When police went to arrest him, Gallagher  was dragged out of his home in his underwear and at gunpoint. When he was ordered to be incarcerated until his trial, he was thrown in prison with convicted rapists and murderers. When he wanted to see his family, they were forced to wear hospital gowns and were not allowed to hug their husband/father for fear of arousing the pedophiles in the prison...

Gallagher was even blocked from contacting his lawyers. And when the SEAL was allowed to talk with his lawyers, we learned that the Military Prosecutors had actually bugged his legal team's emails to spy on what they were doing...

And after all of this, he was acquitted. The jury found that Gallagher was Not Guilty of any of the war crimes against him. They did, however, convict him of the lowest possible charge, which was posing for a photograph next to a corpse. He was sentenced to time served and a reduction in rank.

Throughout this entire process, President Trump had to personally intervene to ensure that Gallagher was treated fairly. And last week, the President finally signed a full pardon for Gallagher and ordered the Navy to reinstate his rank and pay grade.

But Pentagon officials are now defying this lawful order from the President of the United States. Rear Admiral Collin Green is convening a hearing to strip Eddie Gallagher of his SEAL status. During a staff meeting, Green allegedly denigrated the President and announced that he was dead-set on making sure Gallagher is punished, even if the President has signed a pardon.

When President Trump got word on this, he released a statement on social media ordering the Navy's top brass not to take away Gallagher's Trident Pin. Adm. Green admits that he saw the directive and understands what the President wants, but says that a Twitter post does not constitute an official order. Admiral Collin Green is defying the President and has scheduled a hearing for December 2 to kick Gallagher out of the SEALs.

This is insane. We have never seen such rampant insubordination in the military like this. Never before have Pentagon officials tried to defy a Presidential pardon like this.

Eddie Gallagher fought for this country. He received not one, but TWO Bronze Stars for Valor. He was acquitted of the war crimes charges against him and received a pardon for the lone conviction, for which Gallagher was sentenced to time served.

And now, a Navy two-star is defying the Commander in Chief and moving to punish Gallagher anyway.

You must intervene and stop this. I don't care what it takes. You cannot allow this to happen. You must prevent these out-of-control Pentagon officials from punishing this innocent hero.

And then, you must hold each and every one of them accountable. Eddie Gallagher's case has uncovered corruption, lawlessness, and insubordination at every level, from the top-down. You must force these people to answer for what they have done and ensure that innocent American heroes are never again treated like this.

This man answered the call to protect you. Now, you must do the same to protect him!

If you will not do the right thing to protect this hero, then you have no business serving in any capacity...
