Illegal Alien Who Killed Vietnam Vet Could Get Citizenship Under Pelosi's Amnesty Plan

We just learned that the drunk driver accused of running over and killing a 67-year-old Vietnam Veteran is an illegal alien. On November 10, Marine Veteran Samuel W. Jackson was struck and killed while he was exiting his parked car in Norristown, Pennsylvania.

ICE officials have placed a detainer on the illegal alien. But right now, the GOP is negotiating with Nancy Pelosi on an amnesty bill that could ultimately grant the killer a pathway to US citizenship.

Pelosi and the Left are demanding that Congress pass the so-called American Dream and Promise Act, a massive amnesty bill that would more than triple the size of Barack Obama's unconstitutional amnesty program and even grant citizenship to illegal alien convicted criminals.

That is not an exaggeration. As long as illegal aliens have not been convicted of more than four misdemeanor crimes, they would be eligible to become American citizens. And the GOP cowards are so desperate to "do something" on immigration that they are agreeing to vote for this monstrosity.

Earlier this month, tragedy struck Norristown, Pennsylvania. 67-year-old Vietnam Veteran Samuel W. Jackson was exiting his parked vehicle when he was struck by a car. He was dragged fifty feet and ultimately pronounced dead when he reached the hospital.

Police used security camera footage to track down the driver and arrested Nemias Perez Severiano on hit-and-run charges. Even though Severiano admitted he may have been drunk at the time, it was too late for police to gather breathalyzer evidence.

Like so many tragedies, the drunk driver in this case is an illegal alien. He has absolutely no right to be in this country. And because of your refusal to secure our border and crack down on illegal immigration, another innocent American is dead.

But this case is about to get a lot worse. If Severiano's lawyers are able to plead down and reduce the charges, then he could be eligible to receive American citizenship if Nancy Pelosi gets her way.

Last week, Pelosi and her entourage hand delivered a copy of the H.R. 8, the so-called American Dream and Promise Act. Your colleagues have presented the bill as a way to make Barack Obama's amnesty program permanent before the Supreme Court strikes it down. However, it is so much worse than that.

The bill would more than triple the size of the amnesty program, growing it from 700,000 illegal aliens to more than 2.5 million. It would offer start offering amnesty recipients a pathway to citizenship. But the most heinous provision in the bill would allow illegal alien repeat convicted criminals to be eligible for citizenship too.

If an illegal alien has two or fewer misdemeanor convictions, they would automatically be eligible for citizenship. If they have three or four convictions on their record, then they would have to serve a probation before they would be able to become American citizens...

Pelosi is demanding that you pass this bill. Some Democrats are even threatening a government shutdown unless you agree to offer citizenship to these illegal alien convicted criminals. And even some Republicans have already signed onto the proposal.

If it passes, illegal alien criminals like Nemias Perez Severiano would suddenly find themselves eligible to become American citizens...

If you go along with Pelosi's plan to push through this radical amnesty bill, I promise that you will be held accountable.

Let me be clear: Any Congressman or Senator - Republican or Democrat - who even considers voting for this abomination poses a direct threat to this country and must be removed from office. The American people did not send you to DC to give illegal alien convicted criminals US citizenship.
