Of course, the bill has no enforcement mechanism. Since these people are undocumented, there is no way to prove where they are employed or who their family members are. Under the terms of the legislation, illegal aliens who game the system to get amnesty would not be punished for their fraudulent applications. And the bill is so horribly written that it would even grant amnesty to illegal aliens with criminal records.
