This week, you are being called to vote on a government spending package to avoid another shutdown.

That bill, as it stands, would cancel all border wall construction and claw back the funding that President Trump has reprogrammed as a part of his national emergency declaration.

Section 227 of the Homeland Security Appropriations Act and Section 2801 of the National Defense Authorization Act would both outlaw federal funding for border wall construction. The amendments are so radical, that they would even prevent the Trump administration from repairing or renovating existing border fence sections. If cartel smugglers cut a hole in the fence, Border Patrol would not even be allowed to patch it...

This is how radical the open border contingent in Congress has become. They are so desperate to defeat the President and kill the border wall project that they are threatening to hold our national security and defense hostage. It is disgusting.

Border Patrol is close to finishing the 100th mile of new border wall during the Trump Presidency. It is already making a difference. Human and drug smuggling is way down in these sectors and fewer illegal aliens are getting into the United States.

Why would you possibly want to reverse this? Why would you possibly want to make it easier for drug and human smugglers to get into the country?
