I am demanding that you vote NO on impeachment and kill the impeachment articles once and for all!

Donald Trump did not abuse his power, nor did he "obstruct Congress." It is absolutely shameful that after three months of impeachment hearings, your colleagues are advancing articles of impeachment that allege non-crimes.

Abuse of Power is an opinion, not a crime laid out in statute. The Supreme Court has already ruled that placing conditions on potential meetings or conversations does not fall under Federal bribery statutes. The argument that Donald Trump abused his power is literally and legally incorrect.

And as a co-equal branch of government, Trump has not obstructed Congress. He has offered to let the courts decide whether Congress' subpoenas are legitimate. But instead of offering the President a chance to make his case, Pelosi and the Democrats have withdrawn their court challenges and are impeaching the President as if they have already been vindicated.

And now, after three months of one-sided impeachment hearings in the House where Republicans were denied all but one of their witnesses, Senate Democrats now are demanding that Mitch McConnell and the GOP allow them to control the trial process. And since it only takes 51 votes to approve trial rules and subpoenas, Chuck Schumer is trying to get four Republicans to flip and help him remove the President from office.

It is disgusting how this solemn impeachment process has been hijacked by partisanship and anti-trump hatred.

You were sent to Washington DC to do the People's business, not to try to undo the 2016 election. But right now, you and your colleagues have approved more anti-Trump subpoenas than passed legislation.

It is time to put an end to this witch hunt. It is time to accept that Donald Trump won the 2016 election and get on with doing the business of the country.

The 116th Congress will go down in history as the new Do-Nothing Congress.
