Last night was disgraceful. After staying in session over the weekend to negotiate a compromise stimulus bill, Nancy Pelosi declared that the legislation was dead on arrival in the House. Senate Democrats followed her lead and voted to block the stimulus bill from even being debated on the floor...

A week and a half ago, when Republicans voiced concerns over Pelosi's $8 billion Chinese Virus spending bill, she told the GOP to vote for it anyway and promised that there would be opportunities to pass additional legislation to fix the problems or gaps in her emergency bill.

But as soon as the shoe was on the other foot and it was Pelosi being told to hold her nose and vote for the bill in order to help American families, she refused to do it.

Nancy Pelosi has proven that she cannot put country over politics. She has proven that she cannot help herself and will always prioritize hurting President Trump over helping the American people...

You know what needs to be done: Nancy Pelosi must be removed as Speaker of the House.

We are in this position because of Nancy Pelosi. Instead of having Congress investigate and prepare for a potential pandemic, she spent December, January, and February trying to remove the President from office.

On the same day that Donald Trump cut off all travel to/from China, Nancy Pelosi was out in front of cameras trying to remove Trump from office.

Imagine where we would be if the House Financial Services Committee was able to hold hearings and pass legislation to protect the economy from a pandemic. Instead, Nancy Pelosi gave Chairwoman Maxine Waters a blank check to investigate Donald Trump and his family's finances.

Imagine where we would be right now if the House Judiciary Committee held hearings on what to do with Federal inmates during a pandemic. Instead, Chairman Jerry Nadler held a hearing on whether the House can impeach a President, even if he hasn't committed a crime.

Imagine in Intel Chairman Adam Schiff was investigating the Chinese coverup of the virus instead of investigating Trump. Imagine if Foreign Affairs Chairman Eliot Engel was working on a plan to contain the virus in China, instead of investigating a phone call Trump had with the Ukrainian President... The Ways and Means Committee could have been working on an emergency unemployment assistance program and the Government Oversight Committee could have been working with Trump to make sure the country was prepared.

Instead, all of these committees were tasked with investigating, and finding a way to remove, President Donald Trump.

And now, after forcing the House and Senate to play catch up, Nancy Pelosi just killed the compromise stimulus package that American families and businesses desperately needed.

Enough is enough. You MUST remove Nancy Pelosi from power. You must put a stop to this once and for all.

Anyone who holds the American economy hostage in order to score political points is unfit to serve in any capacity.

You need to decide: are you in DC to serve the American people, your constituents? Or are you there to play political games?
