Smoking Gun: Mueller Team Caught Deleting 27 Phones

This is the smoking gun. After being notified by the Inspector General that he was investigating their witch hunt, and would need to examine their government-issued phones, the Mueller team reported that they had accidentally erased the contents of their phones at least 27 times.

We are being led to believe that the so-called "best of the best" in the FBI and DOJ all suddenly forgot their passwords and triggered their phones to wipe all of their data as a security measure.

This is criminal. Each deletion is punishable by up to 20 years behind bars and each document or government record that got destroyed can be punishable by up to three years in prison. Add it all up and the combined maximum sentence for these crimes would easily exceed 1,000 years behind bars...

But the GOP doesn't want to touch it. For years, they have promised to subpoena these crooks, and then quietly stepped back in the hopes that you would forget about it.

We have known for a long time that the Mueller investigation was not run by the book. We have seen FBI officials working the case fired for bias and one Mueller lawyer has now pled guilty to lying to the FISA Court. He admitted to fabricating evidence to help the Mueller team convince a FISA Judge to renew their surveillance warrant against Trump advisor Carter Page.

Now, we are learning more and more about just how far Mueller's team went to conceal the truth about their unethical and illegal behavior. Newly released DOJ documents show that after the Inspector General opened his investigation into the handling of the Mueller investigation, Mueller team members "accidentally" deleted the contents of at least 27 of their government-issued phones.

We are being expected to believe that on multiple occasions, these career intelligence officials and investigators suddenly forgot the password to get into their phones and, after spending almost an hour and a half typing in wrong passwords, triggered the phones to auto-delete everything on them.

This was criminal.  At least 27 phones were wiped clean after the Inspector General notified them that he wanted to take a look at them. We know that the IG was able to recover some of the deleted records, but not all of them. And the records that were recovered, specifically the ones showing texts between Lisa Page and Peter Strzok, showed an unprecedented amount of bias. The things these people said about the President and his supporters were shameful and absolutely disqualifying. We are now left to wonder what else we would have learned about this witch hunt had the Inspector General inspected the phones before they were all deleted...

Luckily, Federal Law accounts for this. Whenever someone knowingly destroys evidence that they know would be beneficial to an active or potential investigation, 18 USC § 1519 dictates that the perpetrator face up to 20 years in prison per violation. 18 USC § 2071, ironically the same statute that Peter Strzok investigated Hillary Clinton for violating, also prescribes a 3-year prison sentence for each document or record that was deleted. Add in the fact that these Mueller officials lied about this (18 USC § 1001) and were caught abusing their power to violate innocent Americans' rights (18 USC § 242), the maximum prison sentence for these crimes easily surpasses 1,000 years behind bars.

This is, by far, the biggest abuse of power scandal in American history. These crooks truly believed that the ends justified the means. They were content with violating Federal Law if it meant a chance at getting President Trump removed from office.

Why aren't you doing anything about this? For years, we have heard empty promises from both the House and the Senate that these alleged crimes would be investigated. Now, we have evidence that Mueller team officials destroyed government records that they knew had been requested by the Inspector General, and you have gone quiet.

Lindsey Graham and Ron Johnson each have the authority to issue subpoenas to these Deep State conspirators, but neither will. They claim that there are other Republicans and Democrats blocking them from getting to the truth.

If you think you can sweep this under the rug and wait for your constituents to forget, you are sorely mistaken. If you think that you can sit back and wait for someone else to investigate these crimes, you have another thing coming.

You have a duty to conduct government oversight, not only to give the American people the truth by forcing these corrupt officials to testify, but also to refer them for prosecution for these obvious violations of statute.

I am done waiting. You must issue the subpoenas and criminal referrals, otherwise I will have no choice but to remove you and replace you with someone who will...
