Kevin McCarthy warned last month that if Nancy Pelosi went forward with a plan to remove Donald Trump from office, he would initiate the GOP's plan to remove her as speaker.

Now that Pelosi has introduced legislation to create a Commission on Presidential Capacity, to make it easier for Congress to remove a President from office, it is time to initiate that plan and remove Pelosi from power before it's too late!

This week, Nancy Pelosi unveiled legislation to create a "Commission on Presidential Capacity," designed to make it easier for Congress to remove the President of the United States from office.

Under the 25th Amendment, a President can be removed if the Vice President believes it is justified and (1) a majority of the cabinet concurs or (2) Congress supports the move. The Amendment doesn't detail how Congress has to vote on the removal, leaving it up to the Legislature to decide the process on its own.

Pelosi's bill would change the process so instead of holding an on-the-record vote, an unelected commission would decide whether to remove the President from office.

It is obvious that she is targeting Donald Trump. In the same press conference, she said the bill was necessary because Trump was suffering from an "altered state."

Here we are, less than a month away from an election and Nancy Pelosi is scheming to find a new way to remove Trump from office...

Nancy Pelosi's actions have been disgraceful. But this is just the latest in a long list of reasons to remove Nancy Pelosi as Speaker of the House. She ignored the coronavirus and instead chose to push through the only partisan articles of impeachment in American history. When Donald Trump warned about the virus in his State of the Union, Nancy Pelosi tore up her official copy and called it a manifesto of lies. When it came time to actually pass a virus relief bill, Nancy Pelosi blocked the legislation from passing, demanding that it include ridiculous provisions like a bailout for the Kennedy Center and an increase in foreign aid. Countless American businesses closed because Pelosi refused to allow a bill to pass. Now, two months after Federal unemployment benefits expired, Pelosi is again refusing to allow a bill to pass unless it includes radical Democrat poison pill amendments, like healthcare and amnesty for illegal aliens and a provision to release dangerous inmates from prison.

In December, Pelosi violated the Logan Act by attending the UN's Climate Treaty Conference in Europe. The Trump administration has withdrawn and refused to send a delegation. Pelosi took it upon herself not only to represent the US (without State Department approval), but she also told world leaders to ignore Trump and negotiate with her instead. And more recently, Pelosi was caught getting her hair styled without a mask, in a salon that was not allowed to be open. Instead of admitting her hypocrisy, Pelosi led a smear campaign against the salon owner, forcing her to begin the process of closing her business and relocating.

Now, this latest stunt to remove the President from office? Enough is enough.

The rules allow for a privileged motion to vacate the chair as long as it is introduced by Rep. Kevin McCarthy. I am demanding that you get onboard with this plan and force a vote to remove Nancy Pelosi as Speaker of the House.

We have seen this year that Pelosi does not have what it takes. She refuses to put party ahead of politics. You and I both know that the American people deserve better.

Now, you have a chance to do just that. You MUST team up with Rep. McCarthy and immediately force a vote on a motion to vacate the chair.

But if you refuse to do what is right... if you refuse to join this push... then it is obvious you support Pelosi and are complicit in this latest scheme and must be removed from office.
