Thursday is the big day! The Judiciary Committee is set to finally vote on Amy Coney Barrett's nomination. The plan is for Mitch McConnell to send the nomination to the floor on Friday, allow debate over the weekend, and then hold a final confirmation vote on Monday.

Democrats are vowing to derail the process and delay the confirmation. They know if they can delay Barrett's confirmation even a couple days, they can prevent her from being seated in time to hear key election cases.

This week, a deadlocked Supreme Court was unable to reach a consensus on a Pennsylvania State Supreme Court decision allowing absentee ballots to be turned in up to three days after election day, even if they don't have a postmark.

Just think about that... Pennsylvania is allowing votes to be received and tallied AFTER election day, without any proof that they were mailed on time, and John Roberts sided with the liberal wing of the bench to keep that state supreme court ruling in place... This is insane.

With a half dozen other high profile election cases set to come before the Supreme Court, it is absolutely imperative that the nation's highest court have its full complement of nine Justices in order to issue rulings.

Many of your colleagues, however, want to delay Barrett's vote. They claim that they are missing documents. They say that the process feels rushed. They want more time to think the nomination over (even though every Democrat has already come out and said they will vote no...).

You CANNOT allow this to happen. Democrats demanded a one week delay during Kavanaugh's hearing and turned the entire process into a disgraceful circus.
