Senator Josh Hawley has now become the latest member of Congress to step forward and announce his plan to challenge the legitimacy of the Electoral College results.

The Founders gave you the power to certify the Electoral College for a reason. You are the last safeguard against an illegitimate President taking office.

There is ample evidence of voter fraud to justify an investigation. In every state that Joe Biden relied on to win*, the same kinds of irregularities took place: voters were allowed to vote without showing ID or having their signatures verified, mail-in ballots were handled in ways that violate state law and the US constitution, counting was halted in the middle of the night, election observers were kicked out of the room, and when counting resumed, Joe Biden had secured just enough votes to re-take the lead.

We have seen legislatures in Georgia, Michigan, and Arizona attempt to audit the results to prove or disprove the allegations of fraud, but in each case they have been blocked by election officials trying to run out the clock. We have seen similar strategies in the courts. The Supreme Court has agreed to consider a couple of new challenges, but they have set the response deadline for AFTER the certification date and, in at least one instance, for AFTER inauguration. In Georgia, one of President Trump's lawsuits filed back in November still has not even been assigned to a judge...

And in the Executive Branch, we have seen similar stonewalling. When the DOJ was tasked with investigating allegations of voter fraud, Richard Pilger, the official in charge of enforcing election law, chose to resign rather than investigate the fraud...

We are up against the clock. Only Congress can intervene and stop fraudulent Electoral College votes from being certified, and that is exactly what you must do! I am demanding that you block the certification of Electoral College votes from Nevada, Arizona, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Georgia until a full audit and investigation can be conducted and completed.

I know that there are political consultants and donors whispering your ear and warning what will happen to you if you vote to block these results from being certified. But frankly, you should be far more worried about what will happen to you if you don't do the right thing and vote to stop the steal...
