Yesterday, we watched as the White House, hedge funds, and brokerages colluded to block investors from purchasing Gamestop stock. Not because the purchases were illegal.

No, they intervened to manipulate this stock downward to protect their own investments and protect their partners from losing. This is illegal.

This doesn't happen often, but Leftists and Conservatives are joining forces to put a stop to this. Anytime that AOC and Ted Cruz find themselves on the same side of an issue, you know it is a big deal.

The Establishment, however, is trying to circle the wagons to protect these Wall Street criminals. They want to just cover up the fact that we all now know that the "free market" is completely rigged.

We have a chance to hold these manipulators accountable, but you need to take action now!

This week, we saw that the "free market" is still very much rigged.

In unison, almost every single retail brokerage decided to block users from purchasing Gamestop stock. They did this to come to the defense of hedge funds that made horrible gambles and were poised to lose billions for betting against Gamestop.

When you look at Robinhood, their biggest client is Citadel. Without Citadel, Robinhood is not profitable. Citadel invests heavily in Melvin Capital, a hedge fund that stood to lose 30% from bad bets on Gamestop's stock.

There are now whistleblowers coming forward alleging that Robinhood blocked investors from purchasing this stock in order to protect Citadel and Melvin. We are hearing reports that TD Ameritrade did the same to protect their partners.

This is illegal. Not only does this qualify as market manipulation, but it also clearly violates anti-trust laws. Brokerages colluded with hedge funds to protect the hedge funds at the expense of retail investors.

It gets worse, though. A Robinhood whistleblower has come forward and admitted that the brokerage app also got pressure from the White House to stop people from investing in this stock.

Why is the White House intervening to stop a stock from rising in value? Why is the White House picking winners and losers, preferring that hedge funds win and retail investors lose?

Considering the fact that Janet Yellen was paid by Citadel to "give a speech," how is it okay that she participated in discussions to protect that firm? Why didn't she recuse herself?

What the White House, hedge funds, and brokerages did this week was clearly illegal. But there are also some elements that aren't illegal, but absolutely should be...

That is why you must hold hearings on this issue IMMEDIATELY!

If we are going to have a free market, then it has to be a free market. The market will never be free if the White House and Wall Street can collude to block people from investing in order to drive the cost of a particular stock down.

Many of your colleagues, however, are trying to block this from happening. They want to protect their corporate donors.

Who do you serve? Do you serve Wall Street? Or do you serve your constituents?

You need to make up your mind, and fast.
