Joe Biden just signed an executive order to try to help Democrats steal future elections!

Joe Biden's recent "voting rights" executive order is flagrantly constitutional and you must rise up to stop it!

The beauty of our Constitution is that it lists the Federal government's enumerated powers. Wherever a power is not explicitly granted to the United States Government, it is presumed to be reserved for the states or the American people themselves.

When it came to elections, however, Founders did not want to leave anything to chance or future reinterpretation. That is why they ratified Article 1, Section 4, Clause 1:

"The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of chusing Senators."

The Elections Clause is clear that state legislatures have the authority to set their own election laws and that Congress can also play a limited role in that process. Nowhere in Article 1, Section 4, Clause 1 is any power conferred to the President of the United States...

Over the weekend, Joe Biden put out a statement condemning the fact that 43 state legislatures are considering legislation to secure their elections. "We cannot let them succeed," Biden concluded.

What follows is the most flagrantly unconstitutional executive order ever. After admitting that he wants to stop states from exercising their authority to limit how people can register to vote or apply for an absentee ballot, Biden ordered federal agencies to fight back.

All federal agencies are now instructed to begin "distributing voter registration and vote-by-mail ballot applications in the course of regular services." Even if a state wishes to make unsolicited voter registration or absentee ballot applications illegal, Biden has ordered the Feds to do it anyway... The President has also ordered (1) Federal prisons to begin registering inmates to vote, (2) the DOJ to begin investigating whether state voter registration/absentee ballot applications violate the rights of disabled Americans, and (3) other agencies to begin working with states to register as many voters as possible.

Again, the whole reason for this executive order is that states are considering or choosing to do the opposite. This executive order is not a lawful exercise of Presidential power. Biden's own statement proves it was signed with illegal and unconstitutional intent: to violate the Elections Clause of the United States Constitution.

You must rise up and put a stop to this. Not only is Joe Biden violating states' rights, but he is also eroding the authority conferred to Congress within the Elections Clause.

The President has no right to take the action he is taking. Period.

The only thing left is for you to decide whether you intend to honor the oath that you swore. There is a reason you were required to promise to defend the constitution against domestic enemies. This is one of those situations.

The President of the United States is openly violating the Constitution and he must be stopped before it is too late.
